Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding purchase. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original, sealed packaging with all tags attached.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or shows any signs of wear. This policy is strictly enforced for all products, including:

  • Bed Sheets (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)

  • Quilt Covers (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)

  • Pillowcases (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Items with removed tags, damaged packaging, or any signs of use

  • Sets where individual pieces are missing or damaged

3. Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective materials intact. Bedding must be folded and sealed in original packaging.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Color & Material Variations
Please note that due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations in materials (especially cotton and fabrics), actual colors and textures may vary slightly from product images. These minor variations are not considered defects.
