  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes (dye lots, fabric variations), actual colors and textures may vary slightly from product images. These natural variations are not considered defects.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Hygiene & Product Use

  • You acknowledge and agree that due to their intimate nature, all bedding products are final sale once opened, used, or washed.

  • You are responsible for reading all product information (e.g., size, material, care instructions) before purchase.

  • Products are intended for personal use only, not for resale without authorization.

3. Textile & Flammability Standards
Our bedding products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards, including:

  • 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability standards for clothing textiles - applies to bedding materials)

  • 16 CFR Part 1632 (flammability standards for mattresses and mattress pads - applicable to mattress protectors if sold)

  • CPSIA requirements for lead and phthalates in children's products (if applicable)

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions to materials (check labels), dissatisfaction with color or texture variation, or damage from improper care.
